Refunds are applicable only before the project work has officially started. Once the project has entered the working stage, refunds will not be provided, as resources, time, and effort will already have been allocated.

Cancellation Before Project Start

If you cancel the project before the commencement of work:

  • Any domain registration and server/hosting charges, if already purchased or activated, will be deducted.

  • The remaining balance will be refunded after deducting applicable charges.

Cancellation After Project Work Has Started

If cancellation is requested after the project work has started:

  • No full refund will be applicable.

  • Charges will be calculated based on:

    • Time spent

    • Work completed

    • Domain, server, and service costs

  • Only the remaining amount, if any, will be considered after deductions.

Cancellation After Project Delivery

If cancellation is requested after project delivery:

  • Domain charges, server/hosting charges, and service charges will be fully deducted.

  • No refund will be applicable for completed and delivered services.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable charges.

  • Refunds will be initiated promptly through the original payment method or as mutually agreed.

Important Notes

  • Domain and hosting costs are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Work time charges are applicable once the project has started.

  • This policy ensures fairness by covering operational and resource costs involved in project execution.
